The Cheese Pasta Pressed of – La Cava de Mía -, in its format of approximately 800gr, is stored in this place for a minimum of three months where it will acquire the organoleptic properties which make it a Top Quality product.
Greyish crust by a mold that grows in there. Whit a paste ivory coloured with irregular to medium-sized eyes.
This magnificent cheese has a soft creamy and delicate texture, an aromatic and well-rounded smell and taste for the fine palate.
