The sheep cheese cream is made from our cheese Sierra de Albarracín red label as the foundation, cream and milk of sheep. After a period of healing average at least 4 months the cheese is transformed into cream. The Sierra de Albarracín cream has the characteristic flavor of our aged cheeses but slightly softened by the cream of sheep, as a suggestion, is a perfect complement to flavor snacks, simply smeared on toast, including the preparation of sauces to spice pastes or other dishes.
